Located at Jalan Penang, this is the first branch to be jointly setup together with contractual investor after Ming Xiang Tai successfully gained brand recognition and awareness. Both parties had organized multiple trishaw stalls sales events together to promote the culture of traditional foodstuff in crowded places. The events not only helped to leave lasting impressions on the customers which led to better sales, but also lent vibrant cultural colours of traditional foodstuff to Georgetown as a whole. Ming Xiang Tai has established a standardized business operations model and operations systems with the joint venture business model to take traditional Cantonese-style pastries food product to the next level, and to pass on the inheritance of it as well. The decline of the handicraft industry has been halted in its track and is now stepping towards better development path and brighter future!
